There are 3 door entrances to the building. One up the stairs in the front of the building off of Bascom Ave, one on the side next to the garage, and one in the back of the building. All entrances have a pedestrian keypad.

The building entrances are locked/closed on the weekend, so in order to enter, please use the Keypad Code: 1995 (no # or * needed).

If you need to park under the garage for elevator access, give our clinic a call and we will open the garage for you.

It will automatically open and close behind you when leaving.
